Get to Know Our Founder 

Defining who we are, our vision, and our goals ensures clarity as we serve our clients and stakeholders.

FindMyVA was founded by Steven Greffe. After ten years of teaching in numerous locations throughout the world, he grabbed the opportunity for a career change and started to make a name for himself in the real estate industry.  He also established several businesses along the way so he came up with the idea of hiring a Filipino Virtual Assistant, which led him to realize what a fantastic opportunity he had to focus his time on more essential things while also helping his team. 

Following his own personal experience with the benefits of hiring a Filipino virtual assistant, Steven saw an opportunity to share and encourage other business owners to have the same life-changing experience. As a result, the concept of building and connecting business owners and hiring assistants was formed.

Steven was born in Paris but raised in Brisbane, so he has a broad cultural awareness and is fairly proficient in French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, with a little Japanese thrown in for good measure.
